Ray is an amazing speaker! I have been to several of Ray’s conferences, and I look forward to attending more of them. He held conferences for people who are eager to hear what he had to say as well as people who attend because their administration hired him to come to their school to speak with them. Under all conditions, Ray is able to capture the attention of his audience and motivate them to become active participants. Each conference, Ray is able to bring something new because of his wealth of knowledge.

I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008. The majority of trainings I have attended have been solely based on theory, which , while valuable, has not improved my practice in any significant way. Other trainings have been irrelevent to the population with which I spend most of my time, or have not been focused enough to be of any real professional use.

Ray’s expertise far exceeded my expectations from the first training, and I have attended several other workshops put on by ABAskills, LLC since that time. It is with high regard that I recommend Ray Cepeda for any training or speaking position. His broad knowledge will improve the strategies and skills of any person working with individuals with disabilities.

Dear Ray, I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding presentation that you gave at the RCASD conference this week! Your talk was interesting and informative, and you managed to capture the attention of close to 1,000 attendees. Can you believe that we reached the UAE, the UK, Croatia and Bosnia?! The evaluations were overwhelmingly positive, and one that I glanced at today summed it up- “Mr. Cepeda is an inspirational speaker. He helped me to better understand, listen to, and support my students. Language is a skill that we rarely hear discussed, and yet, if done properly, it can better my students lives!”

I feel incredibly honored to have had the chance to work with you and I look forward to crossing paths with you again in the future. Let’s definitely shoot for another session once this semester wraps up! Thank you, again. Best regards, Sanja
